One-to-one coaching built around you and the moment you are in: a pivotal change, a transition, a new role, a larger remit. The Leadership Circle Profile shows your patterns and strengths with precision and gives the work its starting point.
Leaders with heavy responsibility also benefit from steady support over time: someone entirely on their side, who challenges and supports in equal measure. Engagements typically run six to twelve months, and some continue for years.
TEAM CATALYST
The fastest route to team performance runs through trust.
Your team builds trust, learns how each person works best, speaks candidly and moves in one direction.
Team coaching that works on the whole team and its leader together. For teams that are new, going through change or facing challenges in performance, cohesion or motivation. One immersive day, then three follow-up sessions that make the new ways of working the team's habit. The leader is coached one to one throughout.

For 25 years I led customer strategy, innovation and transformation, as Chief Client Officer at Tory Burch, through four global leadership roles at Burberry and in consulting at Deloitte Digital. I know what it takes to hold the numbers, the people and the pressure at once, and I coach from there.
I teach as Faculty at Hult International Business School and Sotheby’s Institute of Art. Working with the next generation, as customers and as the leaders of tomorrow, keeps my research and my perspective at the leading edge.
